REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Please read all conditions below. REDBLUFF.IN reserves the right to refuse a return/refund/exchange request.
Please make your claims for “damaged items on delivery” or missing items within 12 hours of receipt of your delivered order.
If you decide to return your purchase, we will process your request after deducting 15% of the invoice value (this is to compensate for certain administrative and other expenses involving booking and cancellation – please bear with us).
How to Return or Exchange an Item

or mail us at sales@redbluff.in to obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number.
All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
Goods must be complete, unused, and in “AS NEW” condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and factory packaging/seals or damaging the product in any way) and must be carefully re-packaged as received.
Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect, in a separate sheet of paper and attach it along with the invoice. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product’s factory packing (carton) or the product itself. The RMA number must be clearly written on the invoice copy.
Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 10 days from receiving the RMA number. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 10 days. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
Any “FREE GIFTS” with the products must also be returned in “AS NEW” condition. (eg. if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and factory packaging/seals or damaging the product in any way) and must be carefully re-packaged as received.
Delivery charges for returning an item(s) are to be paid and are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.

Delivery Guidelines/Information/Shipping information
Some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors and manufacturers or suppliers. Because of this arrangement, the items in your purchase may be shipped separately.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your REDBLUFF.IN purchase, you can return it for any reason.
Your purchase must be returned in saleable condition with the original packaging, Product Code, manuals, part and your receipt or packing slip.
We will have to charge a restocking fee in addition to the pickup charge and should be reported within 24 Hrs from date of delivery.
